Cabin holiday rentals in Madesimo

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ca Pedrot! The cabin is super cozy, we loved the sauna, and the views are fantastic. We loved the little touches like nice bed linens and towels and luxury soaps. There's an extensive range of pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The cabin has plenty of privacy. It's also is on a nice snowshoe path, for winter visits. We were particularly impressed by Andy, the host, who was super communicative, got the fire going in the wood stove for us because we were arriving in the evening, gave us pointers for using the cable car and finding the cabin in the dark. True hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

All around a great Airbnb and a great host! We liked very much that Nicola was super flexible when checking in and out and he didn't have to be there. The recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were also very well chosen! If we had any questions, we were answered within a very short time. The location was exactly as it was described in the pictures, a wonderful view with a cabin in a private and cozy location ! We'd love to come back!

We really enjoyed the place. The nice thing was: Our dogs were also very welcome. The rooms were just sufficient from the square, but the garden is huge and the private swimming pool leaves nothing to be desired. The large outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling, cooking and getting together. We would recommend the place right away and are already considering when we will go again:)

We had a brilliant stay at Carlo’s place! The setting is spectacular and exactly as described! Only heads up if that it’s a little difficult to find and wouldn’t recommend without a car but it’s well worth the journey! Place was spotless and we really enjoyed our trip to Lake Como- will definitely be back!

Our flight was delayed and after a quick call explaining we would not arrive until late hours, we were reassured that the building would be all ready and they even popped the lights on for us to help find our way in the dark. Amazing spot. I visited many years ago and it was just as perfect as I remember.

Baita Ca Maria is located in the middle of nature on a mountain. Direct view of the lake around the corner. Accommodation is very lovingly furnished. Details make the little cabin a home away from home. There are opportunities to sit outside. The cabin is a short walk away.

Lolly's Green Chalet is a delightful cabin surrounded by the nature of the Orobie Alps park, where we spent two weeks of peace, relaxation and pleasant hikes with our Akita dog. The structure is well cared for, welcoming, tidy and extremely clean, as well as being well organized. The private garden with the barbecue area and pizza oven and the veranda table make lunch and dinner outdoors a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. Lolly is an exquisite host: available from the first directions on how to get to the cabin, she welcomed us by offering us the delicious vegetables from her garden and making us feel at home. He gave us valuable directions on where to enjoy traditional Valtellino cuisine, information on itineraries, events and must-see places that made our vacation special. Devid's place is cosy pleasant and well equipped cabin. It is located on a very beautiful mountain close to many hikes and having amazing views. Devid and his partner communicated very well with us and guided us with whatever was needed.

I don't want to say anything good about this place for fear of not having places for next year😁. As you can see, this is a great place to stay but especially great hosts. The setting is idyllic, located at an equal distance from Lago di Lugano and Lago di Como. A raised car is very useful for passing the cobblestone path. Claudia and Luca's place has everything you need to spend time with the family and decompress. Claudia and Luca are very thoughtful hosts who answer all our questions quickly. ( This was helpful due to a car issue.) The horses were a plus for my daughter who was delighted to be able to take care of them with Claudia. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm, beautiful scenery, great hosts, and located 20 minutes from the great Italian lakes. What more could you ask for? 😉

Mornings spent having breakfast on the balcony were an absolute blessing: the silence, the vast mountains, and the first rays of sunlight create an unforgettable atmosphere. The road to Camnasco can be a bit challenging – about a 15-minute drive from the main route, winding and narrow in places – but it is absolutely worth the effort to reach such a peaceful spot. The cottage itself is modest, but it has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area where you can relax in the evening. The host pays attention to every detail and is very helpful, and the surroundings are perfect for both lazy relaxation and mountain hikes. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone dreaming of a restful escape in nature – that view will stay with you long after you leave!

The wonderful thing about Airbnb is you get to experience living like a local. The mountain village of Garzeno was an amazing experience. A small village 20 minutes up a mountain from the banks of Lake Como. The drive up the mountain was an experience in itself but you get used to it. Our welcome from Sergio and his family was lovely. and welcoming. The south facing chalet was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was spotlesly clean and had everything we needed. The use of the pool and garden opposite the chalet was also a great benefit to staying at this property. The view from the pool is just like the photo. We found a great beach and beach bar in the village of Gravedona and there was a good choice of restaurants in both Gravedona and Dongo. Finally the view both from Garzeno and at the lake was spectacular. Thankyou Sergie and Samula for lending us your home.

Perfect cabin, well stocked, great pizza oven, enjoyed the sunset hot tub. It’s a bit of hike but well worth it. Can only really be described as a place to disconnect and go your own pace. Clear instructions provided and thank you Thomas for the amazing stay!!

Great location, you can also easily get there with a lowered car and can easily park on the terrain. The cabin is furnished in a minimalist way, but everything you need is there. Lots of hiking opportunities right outside the door and an unforgettable view of the mountain. Very kind and helpful hostess who is quickly available for questions. My dog and I had a lovely time here and would be happy to come back :)

Family weekend in September, we were able to enjoy the shores of the lake, the cottage is really on the water. Very nice view. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Well equipped, just provide all the linens including duvets and dish towels. Tourist tax to be paid at the campsite reception.

Chalet located in a small very peaceful hamlet, above a beautiful valley. Quiet and relaxing, away from noise and right in the middle of the mountain. Opportunity to do nice hikes. Essential amenities but sufficient, suitable for people who don't need luxury and appreciate the rustic.

We had a great time at Rina's cottage. Beautiful view, peaceful and very quiet environment, total disconnection! Rina is an attentive, caring and charming hostess. We particularly appreciated the fenced garden, a delight for our two medium-sized dogs who took full advantage of it. And the terrace, table and benches in local stone allowed us to take almost all our meals outside, a real treat. Beautiful mid-mountain walks in this small lost valley, discovering authentic villages and hamlets. Thank you Rina for these ten days in the little paradise of Monti d'Arvigo!

Beautiful location, typical mountain cabin surrounded by woods. Great place to get away from the usual routine. In the surrounding area there are beautiful places to hike even for those who do not regularly practice tracking. The host is very helpful and welcoming.

The stay was fantastic, not only the architecture of the house, but we also loved the decor. And of course this view of the Lake of Como - unbeatable. The whole thing in an incredibly cozy village. A neighbor had even brought a bottle of wine to make it because of the noise because of the noise. Warmly, Thank you for the opportunity to relax again for a few days.
