Das Haus liegt nahe des Ferienortes Savognin am Hang der Gemeinde SURSES / Tinizong-Rona. Das Bergdorf selbst heisst CASTELAS. Das Haus wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett saniert und bietet nebst dem modernen Standard eine atemberaubende Aussicht und viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Saison beginnt im Mai und dauert bis Ende Oktober.
