Beach condo holiday rentals in Madeira

Séjour très agréable. Le condo est grand , très propre et tout y est de qualité, tant dans la cuisine que literie et serviettes. Immeuble aussi très propre et rue dans un quartier résidentiel un peu à l'écart du centre-ville mais près quand même. Disponibilité d'un garage très utile car nous recommandons l'utilisation d'une auto car la fréquence des bus à Funchal est inégale. Enfin, Carlos et son frère sont très réactifs.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer – besser geht’s nicht. Von tollen Sonnenaufgängen bis zum Regenbogen direkt vorm Balkon über dem Meer hatten wir alles dabei. Es war eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Valery war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte wegen der nah vorbeifliegenden Flugzeuge an Ohrstöpsel denken. Wir konnten damit wunderbar schlafen.

Рекомендую! Отличное жилье, чистое, просторное. Было все, что нужно, для жилья: все столовые приборы и приборы для готовки. Масла, приправы и кофе. Так же было много полотенец на человека. Был приятный бонус в виде местной комплиментарной еды по приезду Заселение было очень легким, хозяин давал отличные рекомендации по поездкам по острову. Кстати, вид из балкона просто отличный. Из небольших минусов: влажность в квартире, но это легко решается радиаторами, которые предоставил хозяин. Наверное, такой вопрос есть по всему острову, но нам это не мешало. Отличная квартира, советую!

I really appreciated my time at Nuno's. The listing is exactly as stated - clean, easy to access, comfortable bed (if you like a medium mattress). The apartment is located on the west side of Funchal in a residential area. So if you're looking for a bustling city experience, this won't be it. If you're looking for a place to relax & be close to everything by a long walk or by car, this is the place! I rented a car and I could always find parking. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore Madeira!

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter 17 Monate in dieser Wohnung. Es war alles für das Baby vorhanden (Bett, Kinderstuhl etc.) eifach super. Cristina ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar und nur wenige Gehminuten von diversen Restaurants und Cafes entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Très bel appartement, très agréable, conforme à la description. Peut-être un peu bruyant le matin (circulation) mais rien de vraiment gênant. La proximité de la station-service et la petite supérette accessible à pied sont un plus. Très bon emplacement pour visiter toute l'île en une semaine. Merci à Carlos pour toutes ses petites attentions présentes à notre arrivée (boissons, fruits etc..)

Un grand merci à Susana pour ce superbe logement ! L’appartement était impeccable, très bien équipé — nous n’avons manqué de rien. Le cadre est magnifique, calme et paisible, parfait pour se reposer tout en étant à proximité de Funchal. Facile à trouver, avec en bonus une place de parking dans un garage fermé, ce qui est vraiment appréciable quand on a une voiture de location..!! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, encore merci !

We had a great stay at this nice apartment! We enjoyed the view from the balcony every day and loved it so much. We missed some amenities in the kitchen (cheese grater for example, more plates, cups etc). The location is fine, close to the airport and a great starting place for hikes all around the island - you have to have a car though! The neighborhood is not really nice, you can't really go for a walk or get somewhere by foot. Still, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great penthouse in the middle of everything. The harbour in front, the old town on the right, a park on the left and the shopping centre behind. It is a really big apartment with a great terrace. It has two bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Parking is available in the garage below the building. There are many very good restaurants within walking distance. It was a personal welcome and we were given an introduction to the accommodation. It was a very nice stay and we can really recommend this apartment.

Nous avons découvert un endroit incroyable ! L’appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel, lumineux avec des vues imprenables sur la baie d’un peu partout. Tout se fait facilement à pied. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous recommandons fortement !

We really loved our stay at this amazing apartment with spectacular views! One of the most comfortable Airbnbs I’ve stayed in my life - everything that you need has already been thought of (nice touches like sunscreen and aloe Vera for sunburnt skin, the yoga mat and push up wrist supports, etc were very appreciated :) ) The apartment is located in the hills of Funchal with really beautiful views of the city itself as well as the ocean. It’s a very convenient base for exploring the whole island. Waking up and exercising on the balcony, going for a swim in the swimming pool, super comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen made our stay here very relaxing and we can’t wait to come back! PS: access to free covered parking spot in the garage was a huge +1, giving us peace of mind about coming back / leaving at any time without issues!

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four, and it offered plenty of space and comfort. Amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and fast internet made our stay especially convenient. The location is excellent—close to Funchal and attractions on Madeira’s eastern side—and although the apartment faces a busy road, noise was minimal at night. We would happily stay here again.

Leandro è stato un host impeccabile! Abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo intoppo e lui è stato disponibile ma soprattutto reattivo nella sistemazione degli stessi! Siamo state benissimo, la zona è super tranquilla e con la macchina facilmente raggiungibile. Consigliatissimo.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Funchal. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment was spotless with tasteful, modern decor. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The area itself is beautiful and peaceful, with everything working smoothly throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madeira

We hebben een hele goede tijd gehad in het appartement van Nelson en Paula. Het is er heel ruim, zeer goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Maar het mooiste is toch het prachtige uitzicht op zee en de bergen. Het is een levendige locatie met een prima hamburger tent op de parkeerplaats voor het appartement en genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. We hebben veel gewandeld in de omgeving, maar vonden het ook leuk om de hike tussen de bananenbomen in Madalena do Mar te doen. Communicatie was uitstekend. Er is een nieuw bed en dat is prima! Het appartement is beslist een aanrader!

Très bel appartement avec toutes les commodités dont un garage couvert. Une superbe vue sur la mer de toutes les pièces de l'appartement : petit déjeuner le matin avec vue sur la mer du bonheur ... Nous avons été bien accueillis et en début et en fin de séjour. L'immeuble se situe dans un quartier tranquille et, en même temps, il est très rapide d'accéder aux voies rapides : pour visiter toute l'île c'était top. Appartement à recommander.

The location and apartment suited us very well: right next to the beach with a lovely pool and view, quiet but easily accessible from the aerobus; and with other bus routes and shops within walking distance, as well as the seaside promenade. Rui Miguel really made an effort to provide all sorts of useful info at relevant times, and was always very responsive and friendly. We had a very pleasant experience.

La anfitriona super-amable y el apartamento excelente (limpieza, contenido, urbanización, accesorios, situación, etc). Realmente nos encontramos como en casa.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, our host Iri was incredibly welcoming and flexible around our check in and departure. The apartment itself is exactly like the pictures, with a lovely view of the sea from the living room balcony, and all the amenities so it really felt like a home away from home. We used it as a base to explore both Funchal as well as hikes all over the island and it was the perfect location for us. We'll definitely be back to stay again!

Great overall experience, parking can be awkward if hiring your own car however Agostinho will inform you of other areas to park.

We were extremely comfortable and thought the location was perfect walkable to restaurants, grocery store, deus store and some shopping. Close to attractions in city.

Ricardo is a great host, he greeted us by the apartment which made the check in easy. The apartment itself felt like home, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, you can see the sea from the balcony which is lovely. 5 stars from us!

L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et lumineux; il est conforme aux photos et à la description. Il est situé en plein centre ville, près des commerces, restaurants et du bord de mer, de sorte que tout est accessible à pieds. Le gros avantage de cette location est la place de parking en sous sol, car il y a très peu de places de stationnement disponibles aux alentours. La construction de l'immeuble à côté de la résidence ne nous a pas gênés car les travaux avaient lieux de 9h à 18h, lorsque nous étions en visite. Sinon, la résidence est très calme le soir. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'appartement car il y avait de nombreuses routes en travaux ou barrées dans Funchal, du coup, Evengii est gentiment venu nous chercher. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons la location d'Evengii.
