Beach condo holiday rentals in Madeira

All was good, like was presented and what we expected. The place was quiet, further from the center, but that wasn't a problem. We can only recommend.

The place has a fantastic view of the sea – it couldn't get any better. From great sunrises to the rainbow right in front of the balcony above the sea, we had everything with us. It was a really great time. Communication with host Valery was friendly and straightforward at all times. Highly recommended! Those who are sensitive to noise should think of earplugs because of the planes that are close by. We were able to sleep with it wonderfully.

We really enjoyed the stay in the appartment. Juan & Joana did everything to give us a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful, the equipment of the house is top. Nice restaurants around in the area. Funchal is 10 min away. Central to do hikes. We loved it.

I really appreciated my time at Nuno's. The listing is exactly as stated - clean, easy to access, comfortable bed (if you like a medium mattress). The apartment is located on the west side of Funchal in a residential area. So if you're looking for a bustling city experience, this won't be it. If you're looking for a place to relax & be close to everything by a long walk or by car, this is the place! I rented a car and I could always find parking. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore Madeira!

We stayed with our daughter for 17 months in this apartment. Everything was available for the baby (bed, high chair, etc.) just great. Cristina is very friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance and within walking distance of various restaurants and cafes. We recommend the place to anyone.

Very nice apartment, very nice, as described. Maybe a little noisy in the morning (traffic) but nothing really awkward. The proximity to the gas station and the small convenience store within walking distance are a plus. Very good location to visit the whole island in a week. Thanks to Carlos for all his little touches on arrival (drinks, fruits etc.)

A big thank you to Susana for this great place! The apartment was spotless, very well-equipped — we did not lack anything. The setting is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting while being close to Funchal. Easy to find, plus a parking space in a gated garage, which is really nice when you have a rental car..!! We had a great stay thank you again!

We had a great stay at this nice apartment! We enjoyed the view from the balcony every day and loved it so much. We missed some amenities in the kitchen (cheese grater for example, more plates, cups etc). The location is fine, close to the airport and a great starting place for hikes all around the island - you have to have a car though! The neighborhood is not really nice, you can't really go for a walk or get somewhere by foot. Still, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great penthouse in the middle of everything. The harbour in front, the old town on the right, a park on the left and the shopping centre behind. It is a really big apartment with a great terrace. It has two bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Parking is available in the garage below the building. There are many very good restaurants within walking distance. It was a personal welcome and we were given an introduction to the accommodation. It was a very nice stay and we can really recommend this apartment.

We really loved our stay at this amazing apartment with spectacular views! One of the most comfortable Airbnbs I’ve stayed in my life - everything that you need has already been thought of (nice touches like sunscreen and aloe Vera for sunburnt skin, the yoga mat and push up wrist supports, etc were very appreciated :) ) The apartment is located in the hills of Funchal with really beautiful views of the city itself as well as the ocean. It’s a very convenient base for exploring the whole island. Waking up and exercising on the balcony, going for a swim in the swimming pool, super comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen made our stay here very relaxing and we can’t wait to come back! PS: access to free covered parking spot in the garage was a huge +1, giving us peace of mind about coming back / leaving at any time without issues!

Impeccable but noisy accommodation because the highway passes downstairs

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four, and it offered plenty of space and comfort. Amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and fast internet made our stay especially convenient. The location is excellent—close to Funchal and attractions on Madeira’s eastern side—and although the apartment faces a busy road, noise was minimal at night. We would happily stay here again.

Leandro was an impeccable host! We had some small problems and he was available but above all responsive in the accommodation of the same! We had a great time, the area is super quiet and with the car easily accessible. Highly recommended.

We had a very good time staying at Nelson and Paula's apartment. It is very spacious, very well equipped with everything you could need. But the most beautiful is the beautiful sea and mountain views. It is a lively location with a great hamburger tent in the parking lot in front of the apartment and plenty of restaurants nearby. We walked a lot in the area, but also liked to do the hike among the banana trees in Madalena do Mar. Communication was excellent. There is a new bed and that's fine! The apartment is definitely recommended!

Very nice apartment with all amenities including a covered garage. A superb sea view from every room of the apartment: breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea of happiness ... We were well received and at the beginning and end of the stay. The building is located in a quiet area and, at the same time, it is very quick to access the expressways: to visit the whole island it was great. Apartment to recommend.

The location and apartment suited us very well: right next to the beach with a lovely pool and view, quiet but easily accessible from the aerobus; and with other bus routes and shops within walking distance, as well as the seaside promenade. Rui Miguel really made an effort to provide all sorts of useful info at relevant times, and was always very responsive and friendly. We had a very pleasant experience.

The super friendly host and the apartment excellent (cleanliness, content, urbanization, accessories, situation, etc.). We really felt right at home.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, our host Iri was incredibly welcoming and flexible around our check in and departure. The apartment itself is exactly like the pictures, with a lovely view of the sea from the living room balcony, and all the amenities so it really felt like a home away from home. We used it as a base to explore both Funchal as well as hikes all over the island and it was the perfect location for us. We'll definitely be back to stay again!

Great overall experience, parking can be awkward if hiring your own car however Agostinho will inform you of other areas to park.

We were extremely comfortable and thought the location was perfect walkable to restaurants, grocery store, deus store and some shopping. Close to attractions in city.

Ricardo is a great host, he greeted us by the apartment which made the check in easy. The apartment itself felt like home, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, you can see the sea from the balcony which is lovely. 5 stars from us!

The apartment is very clean, spacious and bright; it matches the photos and description. It is located in the city center, close to shops, restaurants and the seaside, so everything is within walking distance. The big advantage of this rental is the underground parking space, as there are very few parking spaces available nearby. The construction of the building next to the residence did not bother us because the work was from 9am to 6pm, when we were visiting. Otherwise, the residence is very quiet in the evening. We had a hard time finding the apartment because there were many roads under construction or barred in Funchal, so Evengii kindly came to pick us up. We had a pleasant stay and recommend Evengii rental.
