Nice little place close to everything hopefully the prices come down soon.

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was simply fantastic. Location: The property's location was ideal for our family vacation. It was conveniently situated close to the beach and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time in the area. Accommodation: The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough room for our family of five. The rooms were well-maintained and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. It was evident that the hosts took great care in maintaining the space, ensuring a spotless environment for their guests. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic family getaway. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would undoubtedly choose to stay here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to airport, and yet peaceful enough to truly relax. We had a great stay at Sasa’s place. The pool was wonderful and warm, people we encountered were extremely friendly, balcony was fantastic, and the area itself was great. Sasa was also incredibly responsive. Highly recommend - everything was exactly as described, and we felt very safe.

We loved the condo for the location. It can’t be beat. It is close to everything. Anthony was very responsive and communicative regarding check in and check out. The patio off the back was great to just sit and watch the boats coming in and out. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay. Very relaxing. I would book with him again.

We spent a week at the Suzanne apartment. It has a great location, close to the beach, grocery, and pharmacy stores. The cosy apartment is well equipped and has a great view on the canal. Thank you for sharing it with us!

would definitely stay here again!! perfect location with beach access and walking distance or quick drive to anywhere you needed to go. the home was exceptionally clean throughout and beautifully decorated. no hiccups with checking in or finding the place.

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

I love this place. The condo is just enough space, it’s spotless. Even with the storms that Florida had, the complex did a great job so far at restoring everything. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen, refrigerator and just everything is so clean. They supply a good amount of towels, beach towels etc. We are already booked for 2026 and have started the countdown. OH, and Ally the bartender is the best. Just an extra little perk to such a great quaint place.

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)

My family had an amazing stay at this condo in Indian Shores, Florida! The condo was absolutely spotless — clean, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and local attractions. The check-in process was super easy, Tammy and Scot were so responsive, and made sure everything was just right. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the condo — it had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indian Shores!

This house gave me and all my best friends the best memories! We spent every night playing games or enjoying the hot tub and beautiful patio. We did not have a car but everything we needed was within easy walking distance- especially the quick 10 minute walk to the beach where we spent most of our days. The space was clean, beachy, beautiful, and had everything we needed to create lifelong memories!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The pool was hands-down the highlight. sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The home itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and you could tell the host really takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, no stress, no confusion, just smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect for us! Very comfortable & clean!! The house is located in a very convenient area, just a small walk to the beach. I will definitely look to stay here again if we plan a trip to this area!

The home was wonderful! We traveled to St. Petersburg for a college graduation and it was an easy drive to the campus. Conveniently located close to a number of restaurants 5 minutes away. The pool and living room offered a pleasant break after long days and the kitchen was perfect for family meals. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Thank you. Andrew!

Billie & Mindy's studio is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. The apartment was clean, quiet, cozy and well-stocked. I loved the courtyard decorations and being able to walk to the waterfront, local restaurants & shops, etc. Location couldn't be better, St Pete and other major beaches are all within 10-20 min drive. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Place was very nice and clean! Daren was an awesome host, very responsive, accommodating, & friendly!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

Matthew was great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! If you need a place within walking distance of some beautiful parks, within driving distance of the beach, close to some fantastic restaurants, and with a pool to relax in in the evenings, then this is the place for you!
