Holiday rentals with beach access in Madeira Beach

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

As it says in the listing, the room itself is small, but there is a large closet and many shelves and drawers to put all your things up and out of the way. The balcony is quite large with a nice view. we didn't cook, but it appeared there was enough supplies to do some light cooking, and a full size refrigerator. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Al checked in multiple times which was nice, I don't typically experience that from hosts. The motel itself was also nice, pool was great, Tiki bar, the beach entrance, nice staff, all great. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

Sandra was such a wonderful host! She was so kind and helpful! Her place was in the perfect location, had great amenities, and made our stay so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it!

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Had a great time staying here! We can for a long weekend and Lara was super helpful to accolade us for showing up early and wanting to get our beach vacation started! The until was so cute and perfect for 2 people. The beach is literally steps from your door. Made it easy to go back and forth if we forgot something inside or if we needed to take a couple trips to get all of our beach gear set up. There wasn’t a ton to do near on treasure island so we took a quick 20 minute uber into St. Pete’s which has so much to do, great restaurants, and awesome night life!

Second time we have said at this apartment complex and the condo was spotless and in a great location near the beach. I loved walking on the beach daily. Maderia Beach is still recovering from last year's hurricane and the ground floor condos are all gutted. Works are ongoing but didn't affect our stay. We would love to rent the condo again.

The location was perfect, with John’s Pass & Boardwalk as well as the beach within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jada and her property highly enough. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

We had a great stay. House had everything we needed and more. Good location to local restaurants and beach access. Loved having beach chairs and cooler/beach bags for use!

The home was beautiful and spacious. It was so relaxing to just hang by the pool or enjoy the outdoor amenities. We frequented a near by ice cream shop that was walkable called “Rita’s”, totally recommend. The host was so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this home. It was also just very few minutes from the beach!!!!

The house is beautiful and comfortable with a great pool, hot tub, and enormous bathtub. everything was clean. All the appliances were modern and clean, and the house left a few personal touches like a bottle of wine, you name on the welcome board, and a card welcoming you. I would stay again the next time I'm in the area.

I recently booked a trip with my girlfriend for my 25th birthday and was all in all IMPRESSED. I’ve been staying at places up and down the Gulf coast my whole life and have never had an experience like this before. Truly a hidden gem.

Gene and Sasha were super responsive throughout the entire process of our trip. Their home was very spacious, had various balconies, and overall felt very comfortable, clean, and safe. It is right next to the beach and the boardwalk which gave us plenty to do during our downtime. Me and my 7 friends had a great time there, I would highly recommend this home if you are interested!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Great location and a nice space. My family loved the big pool area and that it was right next to the beach.

Excellent experience throughout the entire time. Had beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Really appreciated being able to use these items. Place was immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!

Great hosts that are very responsive, condo was super clean and right on the beach. They have everything to spend the day on the beach, chairs umbrellas, towels, toys etc. The beach is so beautiful too, powder white sand, crystal clear water and amazing sunsets. A wonderful place to relax, unwind and recharge.
