Monthly Rentals in Maddoxtown

Christine and Tom are great AirBnB hosts. This is a really lovely place to stay, for me as a solo traveller Ioved it. Their dog Dorothy is adorable :-) Lovely room, with ensuite shower / toilet, really comfortable and quiet and peaceful. Christine and Tom are good and kind people - Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. It was clean and cozy and we loved the dog that came to greet us when we were home. My partner also used it to work remotely for a couple of days, the internet can be a bit spotty when the weather is bad and in the evenings. But it usually worked fine during the day.

We had a great stay here with our 18 month old daughter. The communication and check-in was easy and we were given plenty of local info on arrival which improved our holiday. The accommodation was ideal for a young child and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it for other parents with a toddler.

Breda and Joe’s farmhouse apartment was good value and just what we were looking for after a few days in busy Dublin - a peaceful stay in the countryside. They provided everything we needed in a very cosy, well-appointed cottage setting. The homemade bread and scones were a treat. It was an “escape to the countryside” but only 30 minutes drive from Kilkenny. Would definitely stay again.
