The location and the sector are very good. Having a Metro station meters from the building makes it very convenient to get to different places in Santiago. What's more, supermarkets and minimarkets nearby meet the immediate needs of any traveller. regarding the apartment...very comfortable and nice, well maintained. Nothing to say about the hosts, always very concerned. In short, it was a very good stay with my family, to accompany the sports activities of one of my grandchildren.

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was pleasant and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

The location is great, the room has enough space, wifi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70kg each and with back problems, the mattress 'sinks', which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend him to everyone! Ah, enjoy the shopping arcade in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

Sonia's place has great location! the apartment was wonderful, well equipped, clean and very welcoming. Sonia was very communicative and respond quickly to any question we had. the only downside for us was that there was a neighbor that put lowd music almost every evening. for us it was very frustrating... When it happened- Sonia answered our texts late in the evening and did what ever she can to try and take care of this noise, so no complaints about Sonia at all. also, she try to help us with a flexible check out, which was very appreciated.

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Arauco Maipu mall, which is very large with many shops

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Very quiet place and family home, totally worth it, communication with the owner is fantastic, plus she is very friendly and available for any need you may have. Transportation is very close, as is the subway. There is also a supermarket and places to eat nearby. In short, the place is totally worth it.
