This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Flawless stay! The location is phenomenal and precisely as advertised. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a short walk to excellent coffee shops. The place was pristine, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop were unforgettable – perfect for an evening drink. With top-notch amenities and secure parking, it's incredible value. I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

We had a wonderful stay at Juan Pablo's apartment. My husband, son, and I spent nearly three weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is located on the top floor of a six-story building with a concierge, in a lovely and central neighborhood. It's quiet, spacious, and features a terrace with stunning views of the mountains. The apartment is very well-suited for longer stays, with convenient amenities like a washer/dryer. The only small suggestion we have is to add a few more kitchen items, such as a salad bowl and an extra frying pan. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Santiago!

Everything is impeccable, a quiet place, small but very comfortable. We had a problem with the water temperature that they quickly solved, very attentive and helpful. A few blocks away you have the subway, a Census, a leader, and several stores. Very cozy and recommended. Thank you very much.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to keep warm. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded quickly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference to our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was pleasant and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

The location is great, the room has enough space, wifi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70kg each and with back problems, the mattress 'sinks', which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend him to everyone! Ah, enjoy the shopping arcade in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

Our stay as a couple was wonderful. Mirza was very kind and quick to communicate, made us feel very safe with very clear instructions. Check-in and entry and exit from the building work very well, with 24-hour doormen and an apartment door with a code. The apartment is very clean, practical and well located. Great place to make a home office, great internet. The apartment is in a very central, safe and quiet area, close to good places like Lastarria Neighborhood and Patio Bellavista. We'll be back again!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
