Large open Cottage with 225' lake frontage and 2900 ft living space. Can sleep 8 comfortably. Lots of windows provide great views of lake from kitchen, master and second bedroom. Great part of lake with big water view (see pics). Large covered porch on back (that receives lots of great guest feedback) for watching sunrise or lazying around watching friends and family on the dock as well as fishers/skiers/tubers/jet skiers come by! Bring your boat and your folks can watch you out there as well!

Inman Park Cottage, Walk to Restaurants

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. I have to keep the environment completely free of dander. One (1) car is permitted to park in the driveway. Checkout the “House Manual” for more details on the property.

This is an Adults Only over 25 yrs of age booking. That means no one at any time is on the property under the age of 25, with no exceptions. That means any guest and any visitors to see the guest. Convenient to thriving East Atlanta, Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, Grant Park, and Downtown enjoy a quiet neighborhood retreat.
