Holiday rentals with a patio in Mackenzie District

Great studio in a perfect location. Has everything you need for a short stay. Very clean, great bed and linen. Would highly recommend this place when staying in Lake Tekapo.

We had a great night's stay. very clean & comfortable studio unit. The property is rural but easy to find on GPS and not far from SH1. Gerard & Trish have created a wonderful garden, including native bush, which Gerard showed us around. Nice continental breakfast was also provided, with some of their own produce. Even a couple of Easter eggs as we were there Easter Sunday. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation, a short distance from the groceries Nice address for a few days of visiting the Aoraki /Mount Cook area, Tekapo Lake. Danette was constantly reachable and very responsive . We experienced a breakdown of the gas supply ( so no hot water) and Danette reacted and solved it very quickly. Thank you Yes, let's definitely recommend his place to stay Bernard & Régis

Great Airbnb. Walking distance to everything in lake Tekapo town

We had a great stay here in this apartment. The patio was a great place to enjoy a sundowner or two while taking in the mountain views. The apartment was neat, clean, tidy and well-appointed. The washing machine was much appreciated after a few day's on the road. The owners and Twizel Destinations Manager were very easy to deal with. Twizel is a great location for visiting Mount Cook and Tasman Glacier (where we saw some remains of an iceberg). The Twizel Four Corners supermarket had all we needed. Well appointed kitchen and very relaxing lounge. Very comfortable beds. Good advice from the Manager to take out time driving through the frosty Lindis Pass.

Really good spot. Perfect for one night on our journey south. Had every thing we needed, was very clean and close to the lake/main shops.

Lovely spot with everything you need. Perfect location near supermarket & not far to town. House was warm & inviting. Hosts were friendly, helpful & went the extra when we needed to get in earlier. So grateful. We would absolutely stay here again. Spa was such a treat too!

This house is just a 27-minute drive outside of Tekapo. We were initially looking into staying at Tekapo but didn’t manage to find “the one” so we explored the towns just outside and found this beautiful place. This house is in the perfect location! This house was well thought of all the floor to ceiling windows just makes you enjoy the view. It snowed on the first night and it felt like we were inside a snow globe - magical! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had all we needed and the kitchen is well equipped. Definitely worth the drive and worth every penny. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back! ❤️

This is an amazing Airbnb! It is nicer and more beautiful than the pictures show. Such a comfortable and clean stay. Watched a spectacular sunset from the back porch. Would definitely return and recommend!

Debbie’s place is perfect in every way we could ever imagine. it’s of a good size for us a family of 3, very clean and super cosy. the heated floor was fantastic, especially for us during winter since it was -4° on some nights while we were there. even 4nights wasn’t enough, we felt right at home. we highly recommend Debbie’s place, without a doubt. simply perfect!

Marilyn’s place is amazing! Located 15 minutes outside of Twizel, it is completely worth the drive. The quiet, peaceful, privacy of their home nestled against the hills was a dream. We adored the hot tub and stargazing at night. Everything was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Marilyn and her husband met us upon arrival to explain the ins and outs of the place, and they are just the nicest people. We would unreservedly book this home again!
