Μέσα σ' ένα ευλογημένο τόπο δημιουργήσαμε με πολύ μεράκι ένα ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Οι πρόγονοι της οικογένειας το 1905 κατασκεύασαν αυτό το κτίριο με τη νεοκλασική τάση της εποχής, γιά τη χρήση ενός μικρού εμπορικού καταστήματος. Σήμερα σκεφτήκαμε να το ανακαινίσουμε και να προσφέρουμε άνεση και ηρεμία στον επισκέπτη, μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο αγρόκτημα γεμάτο ορτανσίες, οπωροφόρα δένδρα και με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Δίπλα είναι το παλιό αρχοντικό του 1737

Έχει θέα στην θάλασσα και απέχει δύο λεπτά από την παραλία !!! Ο καναπές της σαλοκουζίνας μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεβάτι.Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Μεσσημέρι και στην πίσω αυλή του συγροτήματος κατοικιών Villa Joanna.Nοικιάζεται συνήθως ως συμπληρωματικός χώρος της villas για μεγάλα group αλλά και αυτόνομα. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
