We open a maximum of 4 rooms to our guests at the same time. All of our rooms are located on the 2nd floor and are 25 m2 in size. Each room has its own balcony and bathroom. The living room, patio and lounge areas in our garden downstairs are open for common use. Our Aegean breakfast is included in the price. We are 3 km away from the pier of Sarayhan Hotel, which is located in Sivrice Bay. We will provide detailed information about nearby restaurants and beaches. All our rooms have air conditioning.

Rum mahallesinde restore edilmiş eski bir Rum evi burası. Eski Rum İlkokulunun hemen arkasında yer alıyor. Sadece 4 odası bulunan il Padre'nin bahçesinin olması fark yaratıyor. Odaların önünde kendilerine ait oturma bölümleri bulunuyor. İki kişilik odaların kapıları direk bahçeye açılıyor ve açık büfe kahvaltı bahçede servis ediliyor. Gün içinde çay, kahve ve çeşitli ikramları oluyor. Bahçe çiçeklerle dolu, ayrıca küçük bostanlarında yetişen sebzelerden yararlanabiliyorsunuz.

Fully Equipped and Furnished Superior Studio Blue of 25 square metres,only 20 metres away from the Aegean Sea. Up to four people can be accommodated in these apartments. The room is equipped with two single beds and a sofa-bed. It is well-cared up to the last detail, carefully cleaned and the bed sheets, blankets as well as the towels are regularly washed.It also has a private balcony with garden and side sea view, along with a lot if comforts and facilities.
