Our experience at Dimitris' place was very good. Fully organized, tidy, functional and clean. Very close to lovely sea. Privacy, safety and quiet. The "cooperation" with Dimitris was IMPECCABLE (direct communication, courtesy, efficiency). It was a pleasure to meet him. I recommend the space to anyone who wants to take their peaceful vacation.

Perfect location for a holiday near the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again in this location.

Cozy home with a very comfortable bed and separate living room/kitchen. Everything functioned well, and the house is private and not exposed to the street, making it very quiet. The location is perfect, right next to a park and a short walk from the main shopping area and the Old Town. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I had a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for families! Big house, clean, comfy beds, LOTS of toys and cardboard games, beach toys...well equiped kitchen, nice bathrooms, all the rooms face the sea, nice cleaning lady Rita :) great location, literaly few steps from the beach, nice private beach, quiet, nice water. A little bit remote from the first village so i would say a car is essential. The owner Masha very nice and always helpful. We were a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids and it was one of our best holidays by the sea. Definetly worth it :)

We felt like home and had an amazing stay at Dimitrios's and Victoria's beautiful place. The house was very clean, the kitchen well equiped, basically we had everything we needed. We worked on some days in the yard where is very pleasant to stay, it has shadow, a table and some chairs. The wifi connection was really fast both inside and outside the house. It's a good work space if you need this. Air conditioning in every room is a big plus in warmer days but if you're not a fan of sleeping with it on at night you can open the two windows in the bedroom which creates a nice airflow. Also, for light sleepers in the mornings, you can close the exterior windows shades and the room becomes perfectly dark. We loved the house which is pretty old but very well maintained and the exterior is really beautiful. Dimitrios and Victoria are very kind and helpful, it was always a pleasure when they came around.

Staying at Giorgos house on the hill was an unforgettable experience. The location is offering breathtaking views of the sea, city (with all that lights in the evening), and mountains. As someone born and raised in the city, I truly appreciated the space and privacy this house provided. One of the best thing was starting each day with a stunning sunrise, which we could watch right from the terrace. Evenings were just as special, with my husband cooking delicious meat and fish on the barbecue. Our daughter loved playing in the yard, which is spacious, giving her plenty of room to explore. The house itself is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, making it perfect for a family stay. It is comfortable and well-maintained. In 10 mins by car we were able to get to the beach or supermarket. That's our first time in this part of Greece, so we found a lot of places to explore. I even think we should have stayed for a much longer period.

We had a nice two nights, Eva is very hospitable and made our vacation easier with her advice. The house was very clean, there is no parking problem, we parked our car in front of the house. It is 6-7 minutes by car to the center of Alexandroupoli and very close to the beaches. We went to the beaches and restaurants that Eva recommended, and thank you for the little gift she left at our door on the way. I prefer it with my eyes closed again.

Petra was a very beautiful house on the beach. With 3 families, every room had a bathroom with ease, and there was nothing missing in the house. We loved the stylish style and peaceful garden of the house. Highly recommend

The House is as mine hause. The Hause is clean and comfortable. The kitchen devices are also full. And it has got two refrigerator. Thanks everything was fine except the noise. The tavern was loud after midnight even in weekdays, there is people speaking so loudly and shouting each other and a motorcycle that breaks gas in the middle of every night. We couldn't sleep well.

A very friendly family. The house is absolutely functional, with a beautiful yard and surroundings. Everything is very clean, we felt at home. See you again! :)

Our stay here was very pleasant and different, since the place was so much nicer and quieter than the usual tourist venues. The house was nicely furnished and very well maintained by the owners. It provided everything necessary for our stay and more, so it was not necessary to carry a lot of luggage. The kids enjoyed the playing ground and we adored the beautiful terrace and amazing views. Eleni gave us detailed instructions about the location; she was very helpful and always available online. It was a pleasure to meet such an energetic and kind person as a host. I fully recommend staying at this house and visiting the region.

Our one week stay was wonderful! The hosts Mr. Yiannis and Mrs. Angela were very polite, responded very quickly and were very accommodating to our needs. The house was very clean and well stocked and they hosts left some breakfast supplies for us! The location was great , quiet but very close to shops, restaurants and local market. Highly recommend it for your stay in Lemnos.

Anna’s place is beautifully presented, very well equipped, and in a stunning location on top of a hill with views over the sea. It is close to a beautiful wild beach (tricky access though) as well as the town of Ouranopoli which offers lots of restaurants, shops, and other services. She is a friendly and accommodating host and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days there and would love to come back one day!

We had an amazing stay, the house is 5 mins away from the beach and the busy area of the village where all the restaurants and shops are, but still quest at night. The hosts were very warm and open people, the place had everything that is needed for a good vacation, I for sure will stay there when traveling to Kallithea again.

Arnaia is a beautiful village and Dimitri’s traditional house puts you right into the heritage of the place. Great stay!

What a beautiful town and an enchanting place to stay. Quiet and peaceful, nestled in the mountains. Everything was just as described.

Great place to stay for summer holidays. Located in the very center of the settlement, walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. There is a small yard where you can eat outside. The beds are large and comfortable, the air conditioners are working, all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The hosts are very nice, greeted themselves, explained and showed everything

Lovely place with a very local vibe. Ideal for a stay at the island with supermarket and stores at a 3 min walk distance. The host was very responsive, helpful and supportive. Couldn’t give less than 5*

The space was just like the description, the house was equipped with what a family should have for their stay. The location in the center of the village in the square but this does not affect the quietness. Finally, the communication with the owners was great! Highly recommend!

Lovely Airbnb in Skiathos town, really close to the port and local bars, shops and tavernas. We were given really clear instructions to find the Airbnb and an early check in was facilitated at our request. Konstantinos also arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast at a nearby hotel which was a lovely gesture. WiFi was a bit slow at times could possibly benefit from a booster but did not affect us as we didn’t require it for work.

Very clean and cozy house. We had a perfect vacation renting this place. Restaurants and beach are very near.

Except that the photos does not show the road between the house and the rocky shores nearby, the place was just as described. In fact I am glad that the road was not shown because I may not have choosen this house with beautiful view to Aliki bay. Despite we spend a full week in high season, we did not have even a slight road noise or whatsoever. House was very friendly and always helpful when needed. There are many beautiful spots for swimming at walking distance in Aliki bay. Deserve the price? Almost…. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The home was great. It was booked to host loved ones and got us in white. It provides everything. The photos, although very beautiful, do it justice. The location is ideal for rest and one step from the Old Town and the eateries, next to Kosynthos. Xanthi stretches under the balconies while next to it there is a spotless park. All spotless, tidy, and even the products in the bathroom are branded. We wanted to extend the stay but unfortunately it was booked for the whole next week Congratulations and thank you.👌
