Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Magical fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Lee"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

The apartment "Schleiblick" offers a spectacular view of the Baltic Sea and Schlei. Spread over two levels, it includes a light-flooded living room on the 1st floor with fireplace and sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table. A large south-facing terrace with teak furniture allows for relaxing hours. The attic offers two bedrooms, a spa bath and impressive water views. The beach is only 300 m away, and there is a private parking space.

The lovingly furnished vacation home "Smuk Have" will delight you upon arrival with its idyllic tranquility and pure nature. Enjoy your stay away from the hustle and bustle. A special highlight: an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large natural garden completely fenced and this also has a barbecue area. Two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, each with a double bed. In front of the house is a parking space. Only 1 dog allowed.

This comfortable and welcoming 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. Velkommen til vores charmerende landhus på naturskønne Kegnæs – et fredeligt fristed med kig til vandet, åbne marker og masser af ro. Efter en dag ved stranden kan I nyde aftensolen fra terrassen, tænde op i brændeovnen på kølige aftener eller slappe af i vildmarksbadet under stjernerne. Der er kun ca. 2 km til strand og vand, og Sønderborg centrum med caféer, shopping og seværdigheder ligger blot 20 km væk.

Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on almost 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholm harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

Haus Seestern is a bright and modern apartment on the first floor of a new building. There is a garden with a terrace and grill. The fully equipped apartment has an open kitchen with dishwasher. In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake.
