Charming newly-renovated 2-room apartment of about 40 sqm in part of a house in Gamlestan, Norra Hamnen. Here you live within walking distance of swimming, restaurants and the promenade. Bright and fresh apartment with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom as well as a small courtyard – perfect for morning coffee. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the upper floor. During certain periods, hosts with children live on the ground floor (weeks 27-32, some weekends). Everyday sounds can sometimes be heard, but we are keen that your stay should be quiet and pleasant.

The loft bedroom has three beds. Please note that there is no standing room for adults here. However, it is usually very much appreciated by our younger guests. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för upp till tre personer över 12 år.
