Charming newly-renovated 2-room apartment of about 40 sqm in part of a house in Gamlestan, Norra Hamnen. Here you live within walking distance of swimming, restaurants and the promenade. Bright and fresh apartment with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom as well as a small courtyard – perfect for morning coffee. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the upper floor. During certain periods, hosts with children live on the ground floor (weeks 27-32, some weekends). Everyday sounds can sometimes be heard, but we are keen that your stay should be quiet and pleasant.

Beautiful and urban accommodation

Beautiful and rural accommodation located near central Lysekil (6 minutes by car, about 10 minutes by bike). The area is quiet with a very nice location Family-friendly with: climbing wall/activity room Large garden with soccer goal, playhouse, trampoline Close to the sea with beach and jetty The surroundings around the accommodation offer beautiful nature with nice trails for both walking, running and mountain biking. Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

Observera att här är ej ståhöjd för vuxna. Dock brukar det vara väldigt uppskattat av våra mindre gäster. Egen baksida med gasolgrill och utemöbler. Ta med sängkläder och handdukar.

Opposite Smögenbryggan, is this fresh apartment with the best view. One flight of stairs up with two balconies facing different directions. The apartment is newly built and tastefully decorated. Open floor plan with hall, kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and an extra mattress that can be placed next to the single bed, alternatively in the living room. Possibility of a private berth near the accommodation for an extra charge.

There is a shared outdoor area and barbecue that can be used by all residents of the house. Sheets, towels and cleaning are included

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
