It is 1000 meters to the sea and lovely beach. The nearest store is located at a distance of 2500 m. The price is excl. electricity and water consumption. Electricity price: DKK 5 per kWh. Price for water: DKK 90 per m3 The house is fully heated with underfloor heating. No rental to youth groups, where everyone is 15-25 years old.

Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Rent our Little House

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Supermarkets, waterview and forest are in walking distance. Public transport is only 50m from here. If anything else is needed dont hesitate to ask. Best regards Lisa and Håkan

Small elder house in a little village. Short distance to a supermarket and the local inn. Privat parking and entrance. 3 bedrooms with sleeping for up to 6 persons. Bathroom. Big living room with eating place. Close to the beach, fishingwater and many hiking paths. Also close to Sønderborg 17 km, Høruphav 8km, and many tourist attractions like Dybbøl Mølle and Sønderborg Castle. Danfoss Universe and Fynshav were the ferry goes to Ærø and Fyn. Dogs permitted but please ask in advance.
