Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

Surrounded by nature and history, with the New Forest just outside the door. Beaulieu itself is a wonderful village, with great places to eat and shop and the Beaulieu Motor Museum. Cycle trails, a great pub within easy walking distance, four miles from the beach and your own private garden. We are situated at the top of the hill before you enter the main part of the village- which is a one minute car journey or a 15 minute walk. There are no pavements and the road can get busy during summer.

The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. More ponies, cattle, donkeys wander down the lane past the house than cars. An idyllic escape.
