The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The location couldn’t be better, situated on the prestigious south side of town, 5 minutes walk from the station, High Street, the sea, Lymington’s marinas, yacht clubs and the many pubs and restaurants. We hope you will enjoy staying in our guest suite. We want to make sure that you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the delightful town of Lymington, situated between the New Forest and the sea. There is so much to see and do in the local area - whether walks in the New Forest, visiting towns and villages such as Beaulieu and Brockenhurst or enjoying the sea and coastline. The Isle of Wight can be accessed from Lymington Ferry Terminal and makes a great day trip.

Peaceful house in the heart of the New Forest

This self-contained house is set in the boundaries of the New Forest National Park. New Forest ponies, cattle and deer roam freely by the property. Windows look out onto the forest at the front and the beautiful garden at the rear. The property is not overlooked. The property has recently been decorated and furnished, and comes fully equipped. Guests enjoy their own private patio and garden, accessed through double doors from the living room or a private gate.

The Hideaway is the perfect peaceful retreat for those looking to get away from it all. Situated in a semi-rural location at the end of a long gravel track but only a couple of miles away from the lovely town of Lymington. Also near to the vibrant village of Milford-on-Sea and the New Forest National Park. Great location for exploring on bikes. The Hideaway has all you need to re-wind and re-set, a cosy bolt hole with a courtyard garden for warmer days.

I have 6 acres of semi-wild grounds, to encourage wildlife , Deer, Badgers & Foxes if you’re lucky enough to see them. 20 min walk from Milford on Sea, with lots of cafes restaurants & pubs which you can find on Milford on Sea website.

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.

Spacious self-contained annexe, comprising double bedroom, en-suite wet room and large private living room with it's own front door. Located ten minutes walk from the High Street, near the beautiful lanes, marshes and sea wall with off-street parking. Double bed and Eve mattress, living area complete with fridge, Nespresso machine and television.
