Brilliant stay. Beautiful apartment, well equipped and convenient for the town, Abbey and eateries etc. Sarah and Tony are very approachable and get back to you quickly. Don't depend on being able to park outside though as only 4 spaces and only free from 6pm to 09.30. Best to park on the car park which is 2 minutes away and using the parking app is very reasonable. Great place to stay, loved the town and it's people. Thank you Sarah and Tony 😎

We loved our stay at Moira's place - beautiful location and super close to Brixham centre. The house has everything you need, the kitchen in particular is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. Would definitely like to come and visit again!

We had a great stay. The flat was as described and well set up for a toddler. There were even toys to play with.

We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

A beautiful ground floor apartment in a great location for the sea and local amenities. Everything was presented beautifully and everything you could need was supplied. Karen was always quick to respond to any message. We would be very happy to stay again - certainly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The flat was in a perfect location for marina, beach and the strand with local bars, cafes and local places to eat. The kitchen super equipped with everything. Super comfy bed lovely towels and plenty of them. Could not have been more pleased when we arrived. Would definitely book again without hesitation if we returned to exmouth. We've just got home after an amazing stay at Harbour View. Martin and Diane's apartment was absolutely spotless, so comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The finishing touches were so lovely and much appreciated, like the fabulous welcome pack which included a bottle of prosecco, soft drinks, milk, tea, sugar and biscuits. It was so great having all that too welcome us after a long journey. The best thing about staying here though was having the benefit of Martin's local knowledge. Martin put together a pack of places he thought we'd liked to visit with the children, he gave us postcodes and printed pictures with chat instructions. This meant we visited places we wouldn't have know about which made our stay even more special. Thank you so much Martin, you really did make our stay amazing! I would recommend Harbour View to anyone wanting to visit Torquay in luxury! Thanks again Martin and Diane.

Absolutely perfect place for a relaxing peaceful break. Cannot recommend it enough! Lisa really goes above and beyond. The views of the beach from the hot tub are gorgeous and the location is ideal. We will definitely be returning!!

We had a lovely stay, the location was perfect as was the flat. Very clean and comfortable with all you need for your stay and lovely dogs are welcome even though the flat had zero dog smell or dog hair ☺️. If we had to find a tiny negative it was maybe the pub next door which has live music each weekend so can be a little noisy but it would not put us off staying here again. We were also very grateful for the parking permit and most of the time we’re able to park directly opposite the flat. All in all a lovely stay! Thank you Cate!,

This is a smart beautifully decorated flat with very tasteful furniture and fittings. Ideally placed for exploring Ashburton on foot and local beaches and Dartmoor very close. With our daughter living in Buckfastleigh we will be back to stay.

Accurate description, Centrally located. Excellent communication pre and during our stay, Nia was very helpful in providing information and recommendations whilst visiting Totnes. The studio was just as described spotlessly clean comfortable with everything needed for our short break, I would highly recommend Nia and Primrose Studio as a must if visiting Totnes, Diolch Yn Fawr Amanda and Ian

Diana is the best host — a true gem, which is rare these days! The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly pleasant. I was welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, and coffee — such thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. The location is fantastic and conveniently close to shops. Highly recommended!

Lovely weekend stay at The Snug. Everything we needed was provided, felt like home from home. Great location, 10 mins gentle walk to the harbour. Parking not a problem. Bed super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Quick communication from Mia when had a couple of questions, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

What a gem of a place! So glad we found this. Beautiful two storey apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, large rooms with lovely high ceilings, had everything we needed and more. Beautiful sea views, ample free parking, friendly staff in apartment reception and hotel. Couldnt ask for me, would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

We had a great stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The apartment was really nicely furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would look to book again.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

Only stayed 2 nights but enjoyed our stay. We used the pool which was lovely. The local pub was nice and the food was great. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is a GOLD STAR host. Our one problem was to find the keybox but that might be our ‘foreign’ status. Especially helpful host, instant reaction. We especially thank Dave for the super fluffy towels, the thoughtful, kind food gifts (after a long travel), the cleanliness, providing all bathroom necessities. At this time of year reasonably quiet and of course, the cherry on the cake is the heated, beautifully kept swimming pool. Safe and secure parking is TOP (important with a rental car). Would come again w/o hesitation. Thanks for making our hols a treat!
