Walking distance to swimming area. Balcony with outdoor furniture for 6 people. Charcoal grill available. The accommodation has a large plot of land with lots of vegetation. Via the stairs, you reach the highest point on the plot with sea view. Parts of the roof and the inside of the house have recently been renovated. Parking for several vehicles. The bus stop is 1 km from the property. Pets allowed.

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.
