We had an amazing experience and the place exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and had such a cozy vibe. Highly recommended!

The place is great! Perfect for family outings. We felt very relaxed with the beds. Easy access to the ocean, it’s fun to do some snorkeling cause there’s lots of fish.

Noemi’s place is accessible and just about right for a family of 6. I also liked the fact that our fur baby Tessa was welcome in her place. Salamat po, Ms. Noemi. We will definitely come back. Puhon.

My family and I really enjoyed the place. Complete kitchen utensils and cooking pots. Sir tom is very generous enough to let us check in early to drop of our things and change cloths before proceeding to our tour. Place is clean and cozy and we loved the swimming pool. Thank you for having me and my family. We will surely comeback.

Homey vibes with a balcony view. Walkable to a church where we spent Black Saturday and to lots of establishments - laundry shop, massage, minimart, carenderia, etc. complete with things - from flat iron, blower, to kitchen stuff. Nice owner, he asked updates on our check in process. Also responds quickly to queries.

The host is proactively communicates. Friendly and the place was really great and peaceful. Will diff still rent this place when I comeback.

Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The location was fantastic, with easy access to SM EcoLand. This is the 2nd time Ive stayed here and now its better than better. They added some mirror, table, and toaster now. They also have diffuser now and the place smelled so good the whole time. I think they also changed AC which is great. I appreciate that they give you fresh fruits as always. They also added some protection against insects. The lights are also brighter compared last time. The place is really great, less than 5 mins to the main gate of subd, watsons is just around the corner. So many places to eat, public market, convenience store, all just 5-10 mins walk. Although the mall is 20-25 mins ride but i dont mind it. I would always go back here every time im in davao. I really love the place, cozy and homey. The owner is also so kind and so is the staff.

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.
