Beachfront holiday rental in Lupon

We had a great stay! The place is clean, with fresh sheets and multiple bathrooms with heaters—super convenient. It's right on the beach, with lots of tables and chairs outside, perfect for chilling and group meals. The beach is better for surfing than swimming, as the water is quite shallow. Signal is weak, and there was no Wi-Fi at first, but it became available later. The host gave a heads-up about insects and animals—there were a lot—but the staff provided us with OFF lotion, which helped a lot. Despite that, we were comfortable and had a fun, relaxing time. My family loved it, and we’ll definitely look forward to staying again next time we're back in the province! <3

We booked the place last minute and it turned out to be perfect for our spontaneous getaway. It felt like a home away from home . spacious, airy, and super relaxing. There were only two of us so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves which made it extra special. We were also working during our stay, and the environment was peaceful and comfortable for that. Such a nice break from the city. We didn’t make it to the beach in time because we slept in but we really appreciated the little touches like the heated bathroom kay izee very kandingon kayko. Would absolutely love to come back when we can make more time to explore.

Perfect getaway for family or group of friends. Sam’s place has everything one needs to keep visitors relaxed and engaged. My family stayed here and they were very happy. The kids spent their time playing ping pong, billiards, volleyball and basketball while the older generation spent hours singing their hearts out using the karaoke. Beach is also nearby. I highly recommended this place. I will book this again if we visit Mati.

The place was nice and quiet with lots of room to stay. For people who loves it surf or want to surf in Davao , this place is very close to Dahican beach. Beautiful ocean there .

The place is nice if you're looking for a feel at home vibe and spent it with your family. Just be ready for a long drive ahead in the area cause you will need to travel 30 minutes more from the city area. You can easily ask for directions from the friendly locals there. The caretakers Mam Ricelle and Ate Mercy are very friendly and approachable. Over all it was a great experience!! Hoping to visit again soon!

The place is great for family or friends to have a getaway. Having an intimate dinner by the beach and having breakfast while sun is rising with perks of Surfing as a side activity - this is what the place is. The kitchen is also complete of basic needs, cooking would be a good activity for bonding too. The bathrooms are clean and linens are clean, the place is great escapade location.

A great visit and stay at your place. It was my first time and I hope to visit Mati again soon. It was an overnight stay and wished to stay longer but stay and experience is superb! 🥰

Ms. Hazel’s place was worth every peso and every minute we spent there! It’s a charming, private spot just a short walk from the shoreline—perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We were really craving a simple, back-to-basics staycation where we could unplug from work and just be present, and this place gave us exactly that—and more! 😍 Not only did Ms. Hazel allowed a late check-in (because we decided late and booked past the booking time already), but she also offered us a late check-out so that we get to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature longer. Truly above and beyond! Huge thanks as well to Khaled and his wife for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We’re super grateful for the experience and will definitely be recommending this lovely hideaway to our friends and family. ❤️

We had a blast at Roy's Station 1.5 private beach! This place is truly a hidden gem, the kind you search high and low for. My family felt right at home here, especially because we had to improvise a lot. If you're looking for high standards, you'll have to create them yourself, which we did splendidly. It felt like a trip back to Florida's South Beach in the 1950s to 1970s, before folks like Donald Trump moved in. Let's hope that never happens here!
