Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spotless Stay with Wonderful Hosts in Rome! This Airbnb was everything I hoped for and more! The apartment was immaculately clean — truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It felt fresh, comfortable, and so well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available for questions and gave some great local recommendations that made my trip even better. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and coming back each evening to such a clean and peaceful space was a dream. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

We stayed for 5 days, two adults and children 2 and 6 years old. The apartment had everything you need for cooking and living. The living apartment looks bigger than in the photos, bright and spacious. With a large balcony, In the spirit of Italy, we enjoyed our stay and felt the atmosphere of Rome. The sights are 20-30 minutes by taxi, which was convenient. Supermarket and Cafe in walking distance. There is a coffee shop and takeaway pizza right in the house. Vivian, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were kindly greeted and helped with suitcases and check-in, which was very nice. We recommend the property, we will be happy to stay again.

Max and Fabio's place was simply fantastic. The place was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable few night's stay. Check in was simple and we were even allowed to leave our luggage before check in which was a massive relief. While the location is quite far away from the city centre, it has excellent connections via buses. We'd definitely stay here again if we came to Rome. Grazie Mille Regazzi!

If you’re looking for a place away from home, this is the air b n b for you. Clean, new, has all the listed amenities, gifts for guest by host. Cecilia & Serena were super responsive, they always checked in to make sure everything was fine. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

The property was lovely- just like the photos and better! Francesco was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was clean and had a modern feel but still elements of a classic look which I love! Plenty of space for two people. By far my favourite place in Marino that I have stayed at- I can’t wait to return!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. This home is located in the historic center of Frascati which is a nice quiet (mostly except for holiday weekend nights) town in the hills at the end of a regional rail line that can take you into the center of Rome in a half an hour. It is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars and is quite walkable. The home is on two levels with the bedrooms upstairs and the sitting/dining room and kitchen on the lower level. The walking space around the double bed could be larger, but was enough to get in and out of the bed. Though we experienced a weather-related internet outage for a day and a half, our hosts worked hard to try to get it resolved - ultimately bringing in an access point from a different provider that resolved the issue. The kitchen was well supplied and we had everything we needed for preparing our own meals when we wanted to during our visit. We would definitely come back again.

Very nice and very clean house. Only 8 minutes' walk from the sea. Gianpaolo was very nice and super helpful, he allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer for check-out and provided very useful info about Gaeta. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money. Thank you

Very clean and close to metro station. Don’t follow the Google maps indications to get to the apartment, instead follow Manuela’s indications. It will be easier. Great place! Recommend!

Fabio was a wonderful host, gave us recommendations for the beach on top of all the food and activity recommendations for the local area, and other parts of Rome. The apartment was a perfect place to set up came for a few days of exploring and lovely to come back to the apartment to relax and rest our feet!

We stayed 2 nights, the apartment is spacious and well maintained, 4 of us were comfortable. The furniture is well maintained, clean and modern. There is also a private outdoor area with very cozy sofas. The host Giacomo was kind and helpful. A few metres away is the bus that takes you to the centre of Rome, a few steps away is a restaurant where you eat very well and a place to have an aperitif. Recommended!

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x
