Cosy apartment with real fire

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a very nice stay. The place is really very nice and great for a family with kids. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large cozy living room. The kids loved the cats. We were in Rome twice. 10 min to the train station by car and then another 20 min by train to Rome Termini, really very straightforward. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Amazing location and place in Ostia! Walkable to beach and train station. The terrace was wonderful for our family is 6. My kids loved the bunk beds and the 2 bathrooms were so helpful.

Perfect for us in the middle of the old town with a fantastic completely undisturbed roof terrace with 365 degrees view of the city and the sea. Top cozy apartment with everything we needed - beautifully decorated with a living room and a large bedroom and a cozy office space. In addition to a good kitchen with everything we needed. In the center of the old town with a square and several restaurants nearby and a small convenience store around the corner with fresh bread and everything we needed. Pulsating Italian life. So that someone in their comment suggested noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. A little loud Italian on Saturday but for us it was just charming and you just have to close the window to avoid the noise. Also saw in a comment that there were no fire alarms in the apartment. That's not true, fire alarms are installed. Summary from us, - perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

The house responded very well to our need for family reunions. Everyone had their own space and privacy and we really enjoyed our meals on the terrace. The garden is beautiful. The house is located in a quiet location and close to the sea. Danilo is a welcoming host and was available to answer our questions and concerns.

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. Spacious and great views of coast and mountains. Accommodation accurately described and host very helpful. Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We had a wonderful 7 days at this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information needed to have a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to get there quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive in answering our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with a nice view of the mountains. Shops are close to 5 minutes by car or even walk there. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all the modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. You're all set and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of guests, leaving some foodstuffs to start your stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.
