I am BLOW away by the charm and romance of this Airbnb. It literally brought tears to my eyes walking in and opening the window to a picturesque landscape. We got both sunny hot days and rain and are so blessed Claudia shared her space with us.

Superlative host, house of yesteryear to leave you breathless, wonderful landscape, views and places to visit. I highly recommend a stop at the Zarthman restaurant, I've never eaten so well, food prepared with love and only with the use of first choice organic local raw materials and biodynamic wines. A cut above all gourmet cheeses, the lamb skewers with local sheep meat and the very tender sheep of the brigands. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as possible

Great space with lots of room and high ceilings. Right downtown so you can be at a restaurant, cafe, or bar in a moment. Super convenient that it has a lift up to the third floor where it's located. We also had a baby with us and the crib they provided was lovely. It was a pack and play style crib but I'm pretty sure it's standard crib size. He actually took it out of the box right infront of me when we checked in, and they got a foam crib mattress for it as well so it wasn't just the hard pack and play floor for her to sleep on. We stayed with them in april 2025, it was great to know that the crib was clean (as it was new the day we got there) but it might be comforting for others who might be staying in the near future to know that the crib hasn't been used very much.

The remote check-in was a first for us and went extremely smoothly. It was lovely to arrive in the clean, bright apartment after hours of travelling. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to sit on the terrace quite a bit - the views are wonderful! Apart from Castel Sant’ Angelo (well worth a visit) you could see not one but three quadrighe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice room to wake up in. We didn’t find the light coming in in the morning a problem as we were always so tired after exploring each day. The kitchen was shiny and well-equipped (I hope we used the bins/sorted the rubbish correctly!) - perhaps it could use a good solid chopping board and some cloths for drying up? Bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of storage and towel hanging space and the shower was already on the right setting so easy to use. With its easy access to various bridges into the city and both the Vatican and Trastevere in walking distance, we highly recommend!

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend if you want to live a relaxing and peaceful experience surrounded by greenery and excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the ski resorts.

Very nice apartment for 6 people with lots of room. Good location, 15-20 bus/metro from main attractions. Shower pressure is not great, but understandable for building.

We stayed at this very well located accommodation between the monti and the historic center (5 min walk to the Colosseum and 10 min to the Trevi Fountain). It is very well equipped Francesca is very attentive and responsive for our comfort. You can go there without a second thought! Thank you Francesca and see you soon

Simona's house is a haven of peace. Beauty, disconcerting tranquility. It's good to live there. Located in the heights of VELLETRI , you will have a magnificent view of the city and the mountains around. We loved this stay, we loved Italy. You need to do it again. Simona is very friendly, and responds to the slightest request. We give them a 10/10 rating.

Danilo is always available and takes care of it immediately. Our teenagers were very happy to have one room to themselves. And the highlight is of course the turtles and the great garden. The villa is a little older, but decorated with a lot of love, especially the gallery is exceptional.

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. This is an amazing location and a really beautiful place. We had a family of six stay at the beutiful villa and we all we so happy with the choice. The property actually looks better in person. Marco the host was very easy to deal with. He's a great communicator and is always available to answer questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this at a 12. Highly recommended.
