The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

Willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung "gamleby". Schon beim Betreten spürt man sofort die besondere Atmosphäre der Wohnung: sichtbare Fachwerkelemente verleihen den Räumen Wärme, Charakter und das typische Gefühl eines echten Altstadthauses in Lüneburg. Der helle Wintergarten schafft dabei ein ganz besonderes Wohngefühl – perfekt für einen ruhigen Kaffee am Morgen. Durch die zentrale Lage lassen sich Cafés, kleine Boutiquen und die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Lüneburgs bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

The cottage is suitable for 1 to 2 people (possibly 3 people, but only upon prior request). The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse and can be reached via a shared staircase. Kitchen-living room with cooking facilities (1 mobile hotplate and microwave in the closet), bedroom with 2 beds 140 × 200 each, shower room with toilet. Shared use of the garden, storage for bicycles. Non-smoking apartment. Shopping, bakery and bus are 2 minutes away. Forest and meadows 1 km, city center 2 km away. I live in the same house and am happy to help.

Between the historic old town and the colorful hustle and bustle in Lüneburg's pedestrian zone, the apartment is optimally located. A small kiosk is around the corner and the balcony invites you to breakfast or a glass of wine.

Das Phantastische Atelier ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, verfügt aber über einen separaten Zugang. Parken kannst du bequem auf dem Grundstück.

In the heart of Lüneburg

Our cozy apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old Lüneburg townhouse was renovated in 2022 and lovingly refurnished. The apartment is located on the edge of the old town in a quiet one-way street with little traffic, just a few minutes walk from the center on the sand. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are immediately accessible. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed.

Feel like a real Lüneburger! Enjoy relaxed city life in this central yet quiet 1.5-room apartment :) With Wi-Fi and a monitor, it is also very suitable for mobile working. The entire city of Lüneburg is within a 5-10 minute walk: the square "Am Sande," the market square, museums, Stintmarkt/port (main location of the "Red Roses"), spa park or train station (to Hamburg, Hanover or Lübeck).
