Amelinghausen is a great recreational and holiday area which offers countless leisure opportunities such as hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports on the Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park is also around the corner.

Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße in Sasel und ist trotzdem zentral gelegen und verbindet dadurch ruhiges, komfortables Wohnen mit der Infrastruktur einer Großstadt. In nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Saseler Markt und das attraktive Alstertaleinkaufzentrum. Die Einfahrt hat 2 Carportplätze (bei Bedarf Platz für 2 weitere Autos)

For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!

Outside, you have a sauna, a garden shower, a heated outdoor whirlpool (seasonally available from May 1 to October 1), a gas grill, an outdoor fireplace, and a terrace at your disposal. A carport is located directly at the house.

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.
