The cottage was completely renovated in 2026 and has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. Cast slab on ground with underfloor heating. Enjoy the lovely view of the lake. Ample Parking.

The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Welcome to this cozy cottage located between Luleå & Boden. The cottage is 50 m2 and can accommodate 1-3 people. In the house there is a double bed and an extra bed to use if necessary. There is a wood-fired sauna to use and an open fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included. TV can be used by connecting a computer or phone. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the cottage.

We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
