After a day in the snow, you can relax in the sauna or curl up on the couch with a blanket and a movie.

The balcony faces the ski area. Step on the skis and go into the slopes from the other side of the road where the forest loop turns down. 150 from the fishing lake Lapptjärn. Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Villa by the forest

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is available outside. Swedish Lappland _ Casa Larsson

Life in Casa Larsson is about restoring balance, relaxing & reconnecting with nature. The chalet is a beach property 15 mins from Gunnarsbyn, nestled in the middle of nature, with its own natural water well and direct access to the lake. It's the perfect starting point for walks, bike tours, fishing, dog sledging or just stay on the porch and enjoy the amazing view over the lake. During cold winter nights, you will have good chances to contemplate the Northern Lights.

50 m², 4 beds, located on the lower level of a split-level house. 75 meters to the restaurant (see Storklinten’s website for opening hours). 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90 cm). Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with TV. Bathroom with shower. 800 meters to Lapptjärn, where you can swim from a jetty and rent a sauna from Storklinten. Bed linen and towels can be rented (250 SEK / 150 SEK or 350kr for both). Final cleaning can be pre-booked for 1100 SEK.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation beautifully located in Södra Sunderbyn. The house is located on a hill overlooking the river and large hiking areas. A few hundred meters to, among other things, the beach and illuminated walking trail. Five minutes to the bus stop and restaurant. 10 km to Luleå and 15 km to Boden In the basement there is a shared laundry room and an extra bedroom/lounge that can be booked if needed (see bedroom 3).
