Newly-renovated one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette Kitchen island/bar table with 2 more chairs. Large double bed for 2 people A sofa for the 3rd person to sleep on. Kitchen utensils, microwave and electric kettle. Bath towels are NOT included, so the guest must bring them. Bed linen is available. Free panoramic views to the north over the sea provide very good opportunities to see the Northern Lights directly from the wooden deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-fired stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

In autumn, you can enjoy the delicacies of nature, berries and mushrooms are available to pick in the forest. Nature reserve with nature trail is located just 1 km walk from the guest house. Barbecue area is by the beach where you can prepare a meal to the sound of waves and birds. 14 km to Luleå city center. Wood-burning stove in the cabin. The sauna is wood-fired.

Villa by the forest

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

A lovely quaint top floor apartment with beautiful sunsets, double bed plus a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, shower and bathroor, flatscreen curve TV and fiber internet access. Located a 15 minute walk from the city center across or around the beautiful Skurholms Lake. Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.

Close to Ormberget with ski trails and sledding hill in winter, MTB, running and outdoor gym in summer. Only 200 meters to the swimming area and the possibility to rent a kayak/canoe. Beautiful view of the fjord. Bus 100 meters away and a nice 20-minute walk along the water to the city center. Perfect if you want both nature and the city nearby!
