Urban single-story villa overlooking the water. The house has three bedrooms, an extra room, a large living room with fireplace as well as a kitchen and dining area with room for 8 people. There are two toilets, laundry room, sauna, bathtub and showers. There are patios with dining tables on both the front and back. Gas grill and fire pan. A trampoline and swings are next to the house as well as green areas, Luleå's best playground is only 100 meters away. Walking to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available.

Welcome to our cozy Farfarsstuga, located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our northern farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read. The Northern Lights season is here! Now there are good opportunities to see the Northern Lights at Hållgården. On the property, there is a barbecue area and areas for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Environmentally friendly accommodation! Sunpanels on roof. We offer you a sauna, some gym equipment and nearby there's also a lake with a fireplace. You can go fishing or borrow our small boat. You will have your own house complete with shower, toilet and a small kitchen. Our house is 30 minutes away from Luleå (with car) but there are buses several times a day. Pets of all kind are NOT allowed! Due to allergic problems. Also perfect for winter, the house is fully insulated.

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km.
