The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. You'll love our place because of the tranquility and the beautiful views over the countryside. This area is known for its many hiking and biking trails and is very close to the city for fascinating excursions in the cultural area. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and can also be rented for longer periods of time.

The Torentje van Trips is an old converted watermill. All desired luxury with A label is provided. Here you can see the sun rise and have a fantastic view of the countryside. A lake with beach within walking distance and in the vicinity are several restaurants - entertainment options. The interior is modern while retaining the characteristic elements. Parking in front of the door; private garden with cozy seats. Through the entrance, you enter the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a luxurious Karlsson box spring with 2 mattresses. From your bed, you can look into the garden or the woods.

Spend the night in a salon car between the horses.

This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos). The car can be heated by a pellet stove and equipped with all comforts for a restful stay. A made bed, clean towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
