A little Apartment on a farm of former times is searching there guests. It is very quiet around our house. There are only 16 km / 10 miles to Leipzig city centre. That means you can visit a beautiful german City during the day and relax on fire in the evening or having barbecue... The small kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your food. Our village Dreiskau-Muckern has around 460 inhabitants. The distance between lake Störmthal and us is only 1km. 200m away you will find a nice park to hear the birds sing or watch other animals. PURE NATURE Direct in the old surface mine you can take a ride on a quad bike. There are well prepared cycleways around here. That means you can feel free to ask us for a bicycle. Leipzig is reachable by bus or we will take our guests to tram Terminus or Leipzig main station. Altogether our accommodation is for people searching a mixture between town and village.

The HOCHwasser vacation home is a special retreat with breathtaking 360° views over the lake and fields. Relax in the sauna or on the sheltered patio with a fire pit, barbecue, and lounge furniture. Downstairs: bedroom, bathroom and sauna. On the 2nd floor, there is a kitchen with a large dining table and a suspended sleeping bunk. This place is available from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cottage is right on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we have 1 dog ourselves, which runs freely on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through the forest and field.
