Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. Le Gîte "La Terrasse du Loir" est privatif (ouvert depuis 2021), piscine privative également et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Tassimo Possible forfait ménage 40€.
