The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool and no neighbours overlooking. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. The pool is heated to 29°C. In 2026: Heated swimming pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. In 2027: Heated swimming pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

Pleasant country house

Located 400 m from the centre of the village, a small town with character and all amenities (bakery, butcher, mini-market, bar, open even on Sunday mornings; pharmacy and medical centre), our detached, single-storey house, with its enclosed courtyard and large garden, will gladly welcome you. In summer, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its recreation centre in the village. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo and the Château du Lude, and 35 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit

Village House Rental.

Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Tassimo Possible forfait ménage 40€.

Bienvenue à la ferme! Nous vous accueillons dans la maison spacieuse, confortablement équipée, entièrement rénovée, au cœur de la vallée du Loir, au calme. Zoo de la Flèche à 20 min, 25 min du circuit des 24H, 25 min des parcours de golf des 24H et de Baugé, château du Lude, Le Loir à vélo, le lac de Mansigné.
