The idyllic Flühmatt farm is located at 850 meters above sea level nestled in the hilly landscape at the gateway to the Emmental. The region is ideally suited for hikes to the Ahorn, the Hinterarni or the Napf region. The popular Heart Route leads cyclists just a few meters past the house. On a slight slope and not far from the city of Lucerne, you can look out from the 2nd top apartment in the evening at the sea of lights below and during the day at Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus and Malters LU Zentrum. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. Within walking distance it is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. On cleanliness and hygiene, we attach great importance to make you feel comfortable.

You will stay in a small fine Baroque cottage. The center of Lucerne can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The cottage is ideal for 1-2 people. We're excited to open our beautiful home to guests when we can't use it ourselves. It is a smaller terraced house (77 m ²). It has 2 bedrooms (double beds: 180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom. On the first floor is the kitchen, combined living/dining room and terrace with breathtaking lake and mountain views. It is a retreat and relaxation place overlooking nature. Relax in the lounge and enjoy the rest time!
