Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lucerne

Both Regula and her husband, Satcha, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They walked us through the entire property, explaining how everything worked....they even had the pool cleaned spotlessly...they had an outdoor pizza oven and a small garden with herbs for your cooking, and lettuce growing which we were welcome to use. The house had everything that we could have possibly needed, and they checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we had everything that we need. I would highly recommend this home for your traveling and vacation needs!

For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

We were in the accommodation with our 2 small children and felt very comfortable. Many attractions can be reached in about 20-40 minutes by car, mostly via Highway 2. The guided tour is highly recommended.

We spent 3 nights here and we had a great time. Location is very calm and quiet, it's perfect to reach the most popular places in the region. The surrounding is very nice, you are close to the nature. In the house we had everything we needed, kitchen is very well equipped, beds are good, we could sleep well. Communication with Simone was perfect. It's good to know that the bathroom is downstairs in the basement, for us it was not a big problem. After all we could get a taste of life in the Swiss countryside.

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping facilities. There is so much to do - sports, hiking, cycling, lakes, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

We had a lovely stay at Riad’s - easy check in, extremely clean home and a very responsive host. We really appreciated the amenities, which included a washer, dishwasher and a Dyson hairdryer among others (have to note this in particular, as many hotels have weak / inefficient hair dryers, so to have a Dyson while traveling, as at home, is a game changer). Pictures do not do the view justice - the lake and surrounding mountains make for a lovely milieu. Highly recommend & would love to return someday!

It was a wonderful time at this accommodation. The host made it even more comfortable through his speedy communication. The location is simply breathtaking and a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The house is very nicely decorated and every small details is thought of, that you see only in architecture magazines. To be honest it is a truly hidden gem. I strongly recommend staying at this accommodation and encourage you to be mindful to the effort of the host. This and accommodation like this is the reason why I love Airbnb.

Three nights at Heidi's, great. At the same time we are in the farm with a family environment, and at the same time in complete independence and tranquility. Heidi is a person who likes to please, she is very attentive to her guests, with delicate touches, while being very discreet. Her good mood is infectious. Regarding the accommodation, the bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is functional, all the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The place has a splendid view of the lake and is close to Rigi, Lucerne...

We spent 5 nights at Jürg and Rachel’s apartment, and it was simply amazing. They were incredibly helpful and kind. The setting is beautiful, with a breathtaking view of Lake Thunersee, and there are plenty of hikes to enjoy in the area. The place is peaceful and cozy — I highly recommend it. Don’t hesitate to go and enjoy nature to the fullest!

It was nice to be so close to Lucerne without being in the crowded areas as we woke and ended the day. I liked being in a neighborhood. Marcel and Dunja were very helpful with recommendations and directions to the market. They were kind and communicated well.

A hotel is to stay and sleep, but this one is an experience. It's not just that you feel at home; it's a paradise. Zita is a great host. She tries to help you as quick as possible.

The Airbnb is nicely decorated and has everything you need. It is small but nice and perfect for a stay of two. Particularly beautiful is the large terrace in front of the house, which offers several seating options. The communication was very reliable and the hosts very helpful. It is a beautiful place that offers a lot, especially in good weather.

Monika’s place was fantastic! The apartment is perfect and very well thought out. It has everything you need. I have two little girls and they were so excited to have so many things available for them. The beds, the stuffies and toys! Monika really thought of it all. As some people have written it is a bit of a hike getting up to the room but it’s so worth it. The view is truly amazing and the little garden on the way up is so cute. We hope to come back someday!

The best accommodation~ The view was really awesome at a reasonable and affordable price~ Doris and her husband visited in person and told us all the things we were curious about, so we had a good time without any difficulties~ It was cleaner and tidier than our house in Korea, so we had no difficulty staying there~ Travel adapters are all equipped, and you can use the washing machine and dryer unlimitedly for about 5 francs. Grindewald Terminal was so close that it was just a stone's throw away, so I didn't feel any burden at all when I went back and forth! It was so nice that I felt like I was at home in Switzerland when I left. It was sad that I couldn't spend a lot of time at the accommodation. I liked that I didn't have to buy water because I could just drink the water! Everything was good with no downsides. However, unless it's very summer, Korean people may feel a little cold in bed, so it's a good idea to bring a travel electric blanket or a hot pack. If you don't bring it, the heating radiator is full and good, so you can replace it with that. I'll have to go again someday. I don't miss Switzerland as much, but I miss Doris's accommodation so much. The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

The Alphüttli offered exactly what we were looking for. Peace, nature and just time to be! The neighbor Gregor is also very helpful and has three great dogs. Alex gave us great instructions and was always easily accessible for questions. We will be happy to come back!

Marc is a fantastic host. The accommodation is a typical Swiss mountain hut with tradition, which we really liked. The arrival was comfortable, the cabin is easy to reach. Thanks Marc, we will be happy to come back.

One of the best places I have lived.. in the lap of mountains. Awesome views, Bali styled houses, calm. you feel like not to go anywhere and just spend the whole day looking the at the mountain. on of my best AirBnB experience!!

Very nice wooden hut with a small pond in the back. Matthias was super friendly and communicative! The location is great for exploring the surroundings. Quiet location, beautiful surroundings and with a small wellness area, it simply has a feel-good character! I'd come back anytime
