Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Lucca

Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

Many years ago, I used to live nearby. The area is as beautiful as it was, maybe more so. This villa is a standout. Beautifully proportioned with super high ceilings, beautifully furnished with well-maintained grounds in the first flush of spring. My stay was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of tourist-ridden Firenze. Only a short distance from the centre, yet to all effect in the country. The perfect situation for me. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

We thank Piero and Dolli for making our stay enjoyable and we felt welcomed as children. Meeting special people on the way is not a obvious thing and is worth more than many other comforts. Thank you so much! Valentina and Mattia

the room is just as described in the photos. we were very comfortable. the bed is good, the bathroom is a little small, especially the shower. but it had everything. the entrance to the room without problem Francesco immediately indicated how to enter. he gave us a few directions for dinner, lunch or drinks. super attentive when you needed some indication for anything. the stay is very good. the only thing bad that being on the first floor you can hear all the street noises above all the bar downstairs. We still slept very well

The place is cozy but quite spacious. More like your own place than a standard hotel room. The T1 tram is clearly on schedule and will quickly get you to the city center, other historical sites or train stations (3 pieces). The presence of a cafe-Caldana for breakfast, also adds points. Recommended.

We had a great time. Very good apartment with nice rooftop for breakfast. Very good price since it includes a rich breakfast. Just one negative, between the room and the bathroom there is a hallway with a door connected to the owner's house. But we didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. We just think it should be clearly stated in the description of the house. Our overall experience, however, was very nice and deserves 5 stars.

Roberto was an exceptional host and despite the last minute booking he was very helpful and very flexible, ready to meet us in every way. The treehouse is a real gem, completely immersed in nature Perfect location for those looking for tranquility and relaxation, the pool is also very nice The idea of breakfast outdoors is beautiful and very plentiful!

I took a last min detour from Rome to Florence and stumbled on this Gem!!! The rooms are New and modern and beautifully decorated. The included breakfast is great and the hosts are absolutely fantastic!! Looking forward to visiting from Milwaukee again !!!

Anna is very kind. She welcomed us on our arrival with two bottles of fresh water, really a unique thoughtfulness. Friendly and helpful. The accommodation is well furnished: the bathroom is brand new and a really comfortable bed. The idea of breakfast in the room is very nice, it's like a breakfast you would have at home. It was a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

We loved this place! Great hosts. Storybook type room / accommodations. Everything was super clean and and top quality! Every detail of the room and library was well thought out. Nice breakfast! Super close to San Donato. Note: The steep driveway down to this gorgeous property is not for the faint of heart. We will stay here again!

Very nice room, very clean bathroom, varied and abundant breakfast. The internal garden is very welcome to eat or have breakfast. The possibility of parking along the street, just 15 minutes from the center of Pisa. Highly recommended!

Spectacular place, clean, tidy, with all amenities, private parking. Eleonora was very helpful in using public transportation and had great communication.

Beautiful place at 15 minutes driving distance from Lucca. Robert Jan was super nice and helpful during our stay. Definitely worth it! But keep in mind that the road to Robert Jan's stay is a pretty narrow path.

Undoubtedly the best place in Tuscany . Very satisfied . The hostess of the villa is an amazing woman. I met and spent as family . If you need a real vacation, I recommend coming here .

From Lorenzo it's like being at home away from home, they are beautiful people and we immediately had a great time. From excellent communication to super availability to our every request or question, Lorenzo opened the doors of his home to us and perhaps even a piece of heart, it seems that he is hosting people to meet and get to know each other and to make the walls of the house live always and in any case, even if they for work or for other reasons cannot be there, they make us stay with other people. And what a beautiful house then, a small villa in the middle of the nature of a green that intoxicates all around, tastefully furnished and complete with everything! We will definitely be back because once you pass the goal of the House of Agata, you feel indebted to return. If you are a lover of greenery, tranquility, Tuscany with everything it has to offer, the authentic one of the villages, a stay at the Casa di Agata is all you need. Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

It's a gem 💎 and the Edouard's family are so friendly & kind. it's like grandmother house, but refreshing. Every detail is so thoughtful. Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!
