Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

Lubmin, right opposite to the Spa Park

Small, very intimate vacation apartment on a property directly opposite the spa gardens, the best location in Lubmin. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and relax in the garden in a beach chair. WLAN with two networks each around 20 MB/s. Watch Netflix and Amazon Prime with 4K TV. Registration forms for the tourist tax are available. In 3 minutes you can walk to the beach and your vacation can begin. You can end your vacation day with a glass of wine on the terrace. In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the Hanseatic and university town of Greifswald, or Wolgast-Usedom Island. Welcome to the Baltic Home.

Vacation in the manor house - between heaven and the Bodden

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². The property has many of Lubmin's typical pine trees. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only a 5 minute walk. Just as close is the large playground on the promenade.

Workshop 2

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Apartment in the very center of Wolgast

There is a studio apartment with a fold-out sofa for two people. An additional sleeping place for one person is a sponge mattress. Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine. Towels and bed linen are available. The check-in time can always be arranged in person, please let me know in advance.
