I want to present you a unique terraced house with a garden. A 3-storey house. There is a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a study, a dressing room, four bathrooms, a garden and a garage. On the top floor, from which the view extends over the entire city, there is a relaxation zone: a jacuzzi, a gym, a mini wine bar, a bar, and a cinema. Welcome to our fishing farm where we have been running the family fish restaurant Pstrągowo for over 25 years. Let us invite you to our fish land where you can relax surrounded by ponds and meadows. Our facility is conveniently located just 4 km from the center of Chełm. There is a swimming area on the Żółtańce lagoon and a local brewery nearby.
