The picturesque, nearly 100-year-old cottage is located in the beautiful forests of Lipka Polesie, in Roztocze (between Zamość and Krasnobród). The cottage stands on a half-hectare, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. It's the perfect place for an urban detox!

We invite you to rent a charming holiday cottage located in the forest where nature and tranquility create the perfect conditions for relaxation. The cottage is located 1.5 km from Zwierzyniec, which can be reached on foot through the forest in 15 minutes, The cottage is fully equipped, which ensures the comfort and convenience of your stay. Outside, there is a terrace, a tub and a barbecue area waiting for you. The parking space is located directly under the cottage. I reserve the right to organise hen and stag parties.

A private pond with a deck, a forest, a river, and a home of very nice owners :) There is a separate driveway to the cottage. 2 rooms downstairs: living room with kitchenette and bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 3 large beds 160x200 upstairs. A large terrace with a brick grill/fire pit and a garden. Bicycles can be rented. In winter, you need to heat a goat, we provide the option of using a hot tub 1h/100 zł or a sauna 1h/100 zł.

Roztocze Refuge

We offer year-round rentals of a high standard of finishing, which will be available for rent in August 2022. At the bottom, a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a washer and dishwasher, and a living room with a comfortable fold-down corner and a table for 6. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the living room there is an exit to a large 25m2 terrace where you can eat a meal outdoors. Each room is air-conditioned and there are mosquito nets in the windows.
