We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). There are numerous amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, bicycles, hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue gazebo, covered terrace, fireplace. You can also use the Finnish sauna in our house. The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. A place to stay and relax for the family. The house consists of one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a vestibule. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The house is conveniently located 150m from the store and 300m from the Biedronka supermarket. Nearby, 3 km away, there is Tarnobrzeg Lake, which offers many forms of active recreation, i.e. a Tyrolean, pedal boats, a rope park and others. In the area, you can also visit the city of Sandomierz or take a trip back in time in the open-air museum in Kolbuszowa.

Situated on the edge of Natura 2000 park, this country cottage was once the blacksmith's home in the vast Kuflew estate see dwor-kuflew . com. It sits high above a pond that is host to kingfishers, frogs and beavers. In the vicinity are the ruins of the stables and manor house as well as a public park with ancient monument to St Anthony. There is fishing available on nearby ponds. The area is rich in bird and insect life. This is a wild secluded oasis for those tired of the city noise.

A year-round house by the ponds with direct access to one of them. Located in a picturesque, peaceful area. Together with the gazebo with a barbecue, they are located on a private, spacious plot. The house has two floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and 4 bedrooms. A tennis court, billiards table, ping pong table, playground, and bicycles are available for guests' exclusive use. There are additional fees for the sauna and balia (Jacuzzi).
