Apartment in the separate part of the large barn overlooking the swimming pond. Living room with fireplace, cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchenette with dishwasher. On the upper floor: 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd children's room (2 beds) and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a second toilet in the basement. Dogs only on request!!!

A warm welcome! You will spend your holiday in a wooden holiday home in the middle of the countryside, which we have designed according to ecological and sustainable building criteria. It is located in a small holiday village, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Herzlich willkommen in unserem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See schwimmen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends genießt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem nicht einsehbaren 400qm-Garten auf der Sonnenliege oder am Grill. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 12 Min. mit dem Rad.

We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.

We rent a cozy, vacation cottage close to Lake Selent, in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace. It is only bathing area on the lake. 100 meters and 17 kilometers to the Baltic Sea.
