Monthly Rentals in Lower Swatara Township

5/5 recommend. Very clean, quiet, safe, and nice. An issue I had was with the host making it effectively impossible for me to extend my stay after he had promised me to extend. So NEVER plan on extending your stay. He also would constantly threaten me with a $250 cleaning fee if I scratched the floor or didn't clean the toilet etc. I recommend just budgeting that money into your stay (even though you probably won't have to pay it) or else the constant threats will get on your nerves. But overall, a pleasant and nice stay, a good choice.

Stayed about a week, venturing out to Gettysburg, DC, Dover, Annapolis and of course Harrisburg. Super clean, spacious apartment. Did a few longer hikes on the Appalachian Trail, which isnt far at all. We really enjoyed ourselves here

Great place for short stay. Convenient and well setup

We had a great stay at Katie’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—super clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the biggest highlights was how responsive and helpful Katie was. We encountered a small dilemma during our trip, and she immediately jumped in to assist us, resolving the issue quickly and professionally. Her communication throughout the stay was excellent, and it was clear she truly cares about her guests having a smooth and enjoyable experience. The location was convenient, the amenities were just what we needed, and the overall vibe of the place was peaceful and welcoming. We really appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the home. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality stay and a fantastic host!
