Villa Toscana Luxury Loft

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a tub with wood-fired water and a fireplace. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 65.00 per person per day.

The "Tower" - Unique Nature House

The "Tower" is special, anthroposophy, high energy nature house, with great view to Giant Mountain in Karkonoski Park, Lower Silesia, Poland. The architectural and interior design are based on natural materials from the region. It's great place for solo adventurers or couples that are looking for a quiet place to be alone with their thought, reading, writing, meditating, painting, swiming in the waterfall, listening to music, biking, runing or long walking in the beautiful forest surrounding.

Siedlisko Zagajnik

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Zen Meadow: Apartment 1

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Witaj w Domku Marzeń, tu świat możesz zostawić za progiem. Domek położony jest w Dolinie Baryczy na uboczu wsi w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie stajni. Chętnie zaprasza do środka, gdzie z okien rozpościera się widok na padoki i las. Pomaga odnaleźć spokój, odetchnąć i pomarzyć przy kominku z dobrą książką lub na leżaku wśród szumiących brzóz. W domku sypialnia z łóżkiem małżeńskim i dwuosobowa rozkładana kanapa w salonie. Dodatkowo hamaki, leżaki, meble ogrodowe, palenisko i grill.

Ustronne, niebanalne, pełne uroku miejsce na pobyt i odpoczynek zarówno dla dwojga jak i dla rodziny. Regularnymi gośćmi okolicznych pól są sarny i duża ilość różnych gatunków ptaków. Na miejscu piękne widoki na zamek Chojnik i pasmo Karkonoszy. W okolicy wiejska zabudowa i gospodarstwa rolne. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
