Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, hammocks, sun loungers, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Apartment in Marczyce overlooking the mountains floor

Two-storey apartment on the first floor of a single-storey house, which also has an apartment on the ground floor. Both apartments have independent entrances. The facility is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Cieplice Thermal Baths, in the direction of Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two and a sitting area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Plot area 1.5 ha/0.34 ha forest. A place for a bonfire.

Guests have at their disposal two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna, and a gazebo for grilling. From the windows there is a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. In "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" silence and peace, a beautiful, soothing view dominate, and roe deer and field hares are frequent guests - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. Fireplace. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 65.00 per person per day.
