Monthly Rentals in Lower Garden District, New Orleans

We could not have found a more perfect place for our get away. We loved the neighborhood, everything we wanted to do was easily walkable from there. Old World charm in spades!

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

Whether you're revisting the greatest city in the world or in New Orleans for the first time, Lance has got you covered. I really wanted to stay in the Lower Garden District and Lance was able to match my needs with a beautifully-kept home. Everything matched the description and photos—eventful yet serene. Lance is a very responsive host and you can tell he loves renting out his airbnb.

Great place to stay if you have a car. Not too far from most things. Sounds definitely travel on the building, keep in mind. fairly spacious, tiny bathroom. fridge/microwave/wet bar are a plus.
