Great floor plan with partial views of the river and full views of downtown New Orleans. If you want to stay someplace that is close to the action but IN the action Brad's condo is the place to be. The amenities in the condo were plentiful, adequate and well kept, parking is covered under the building with 2 spots.

Great location, but if you’re a light sleeper, it is very loud until two or 3 AM. Suggest earplugs.

I had a great stay! Would highly recommend. Check in was easy and I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Because of a last minute unexpected family illness, my husband had to stay behind and I attended my work conference alone. For this reason I also left a day early. However if I ever return to New Orleans I would definitely stay here again. It was walkable to the conference center and close by to lots of great restaurants and shops. Overall great experience. Thank you!

This was hands down one of the best places I've stayed at through Airbnb. No lies were told. The space was exactly as the photos showed. Just lovely! Clear instructions, easy to find, felt safe and right at home as soon as we entered the premises. 888 Barrone was a true gem and the parking app they suggested was a life saver. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Before leaving, we also had a little added surprise of a celebrity sighting👀. You just never know😊. I recommend this place 1000%! Loved it!

This was a great home base for exploring New Orleans. Loved Mojo’s coffeehouse right on the corner and the Paradise Lounge in the hotel across the street. Walkable to good restaurants in the garden district. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed.

The place was a perfect area to be in and easy access to parking and other places we went to.

Flavia is very communicative, easy instructions, required nothing from me in terms of cleaning up (although naturally, I can’t leave a house dirty or messy)! Nice home, it’s very big so as a CA resident, even with the AC I was often hot but that’s more a personal thing. House is in OK location, had a lot of uber/lyft drivers comment on it and safety but i felt safe. Interior and design is nice. Would come back again.

Andy was very kind. We had an incident the first night and Andy was very understanding and handled it with kindness yet professionally. The house was a short uber to everywhere. The bbq restaurant across the street is very good also. We are planning to be back in September! Thank you Andy!

Beautiful area, we were able to access almost everywhere in the city from a short bus ride. Amazing host as well! We had an issue with our sink the first night of our stay and the host came and fixed it for us the same day! Since the law firm below is a running business I would recommend booking your stay during the weekend. My group had an amazing time at this place and are already talking about booking again next year!

I’m a local having work done on my house and Suzanne could not have been a friendlier host. The location was great for the price, especially. The space is classic shotgun New Orleans charm. She reached out ahead of time and responded to all of my messages quickly and efficiently… I really appreciated her flexibility with both check in and check out. It was a hot day and I was relieved that she’d turned the AC on earlier in the day so it was nice and cool. I found out later that the central air had gone out and she went out of her way to get window units urgently installed for my arrival! The central air was back on but I am grateful she didnt take the chance. The furnishings were just right and not cramped. Towels were super soft and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks Suzanne! Will definitely keep in mind when visitors are in town!

Great place to stay! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in New Orleans

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. We stayed at Gabriel’s place while in New Orleans for a festival. The location was the perfect distance from the fairgrounds and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day. We mostly ate out, but the kitchen had sufficient supplies for minimal cooking. Gabriel was very quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. We would recommend Gabriel’s place for any group needing a few rooms for a short stay exploring the awesome venues and food of New Orleans!

This condo was great for our French Quarter Fest vacation, the beds were comfy and it felt very safe and secure. The hot tub on the roof was especially nice after walking all day. Some things to note - two of the bedrooms are interior only, no windows, which was fine for our group but wasn’t expected, and the only bedroom with windows does get a lot of noise early in the morning (again, not a huge problem for us but just something to know). All the windows in the unit face another building so there’s not a huge amount of natural light or any view, but it was a great location and very comfortable. The two main rules are very strict - they will charge you if you get makeup on the white towels (they give you a very small washcloth for makeup removal), and they charge a lot for early check in or late check out, both were kind of a bummer - makes it feel a bit more corporate.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
